Launch of Prisoner Policy Network
The Prisoner Policy Network is a new, free to join, network of prisoners, ex-prisoners and supporting organisations. Hosted by the Prison Reform Trust, it will make sure prisoners’ experiences are part of prison policy development nationally.
The network will be a collective voice from a prisoner viewpoint in the policy world. It will support prisoners to share their expertise on key issues and questions and publish two to three reports a year with the results.
It is currently looking for contributions on the first question: What incentives work in prison?
Contributions are open from now until the end of October 2018. Those who would like to contribute should send their name, prison number and prison, or address if you have been released – along with your answer – to:
