Music and criminal justice charity The Irene Taylor Trust is recruiting for a Personal Development Coordinator [£24,000 – £27,000, London, full-time] to support participants from its programmes with ex-prisoners and young people facing challenging circumstances, Making Tracks and Sounding Out.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the pastoral care of participants, supporting them through the course of projects and assisting them in sourcing suitable progression routes and opportunities.
They will also support the Creative Programmes Director with the co-ordination, administration and evaluation of all of the charity’s programmes, and with ensuring delivery of high quality and innovative work with men, women and young people in and on the fringes of the criminal justice system.
