The Irene Taylor Trust is looking for a new Community Projects Coordinator and Business Development Manager to join its team in Borough, London.

Over the last five years it has focused on strategic and sustainable growth, leading to an impressive increase in beneficiary numbers of 260% through its programmes Music in Prisons, Sounding Out and Making Tracks.
The Business Development Manager [full-time, £39,000 – £44,000] will be responsible for driving income generation, scoping and developing the opportunities arising from the new sub-contracting and commissioning culture emerging in the criminal justice sector, providing financial oversight and developing the business. The Community Projects Coordinator [part-time, £24,000 – £26,000] will support the Creative Programmes Manager with the coordination of the Trust’s community projects, Sounding Out (former prisoners) and Making Tracks (young people in challenging circumstances). Tasks include but are not limited to: liaising with community partners and project staff, researching partnering opportunities and progression options for the Trust’s beneficiaries, project monitoring, some content creation and other administrative duties.
