Good Vibrations seek freelance music facilitators
Good Vibrations is looking for freelance facilitators to join its team, using communal music-making to support people with complex needs in challenging settings.
Most well known for its use of Javanese gamelan music in prisons, the charity has partnered with 99 prisons, youth offender institutions, immigration removal centres, mental-health hospitals, and community partners since 2003 to support 8,000 participants, with a significant body of independent academic research on its work.
The successful applicant(s) will co-facilitate week-long gamelan music courses in UK prisons. The role pays up to £300 per day, with work taking place across England and Scotland. Training will be provided. Read the full job description here
