Creative Producer vacancy at FACT, Liverpool

FACT (Foundation for Art and Creative Technology) is a media art centre based in Liverpool, hosting a diverse programme of activities in its galleries, lab spaces and cinemas.

They are looking for a Creative Producer [£160 per day, Liverpool, 33 month fixed-term contract] to lead, manage and deliver their Resolution programme.

Resolution is a three-year programme evolving from FACT’s long standing work within the domain of socially engaged arts practice, and more specifically within the criminal justice system (CJS). The programme brings together participants within the CJS, artists and staff to collaboratively produce a series of new artworks which critically explore their understanding and experience of the world, both within the CJS and beyond. Ultimately, the aim is to move the role of art within prisons from a traditional time passing or therapy based activity to one of active reflection and experimentation.
