His Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service, in conjunction with Clinks, is organising an event to provide further details and clarity about the different ways HMPPS can partner with organisations to deliver services to people on probation and in prison. There are three main ways organisations can be commissioned to deliver services; through the Probation Dynamic Framework, the Prison Dynamic Purchasing System and the Probation Grants Portal. This session aims to guide the sector through each different system and provide clarity on their purpose and guidance on how to access future funding opportunities. By the end of the session organisations should have a greater understanding of the differences and eligibility requirements of each system and have had questions answered.
Speakers include:
- Paul Carter – Deputy Director – Rehabilitation Services
- Charlotte Kennett – Commercial Manager – Probation Dynamic Framework
- Lucy Bradshaw – Commercial Manager – Probation Grants Application Portal
- Carl Hinton – Senior Commercial Manager – Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System
- Angela Lucas – Head of Area Development – Clinks
- Natalie Maidment – Development Officer – Clinks
