Subsidised Coaching Training (Leaders & Managers)

For the past three years, the National Criminal Justice Arts Alliance (NCJAA) and Guildhall School of Music and Drama have worked together to provide professional development opportunities to arts practitioners working in the criminal justice sector.

We are pleased to announce we will be working in partnership once again in 2022 to offer three places on the GSMD Core and Skills in Coaching and Mentoring for Leaders and Managers training programme.

The course will be delivered online, via Zoom. Dates are listed below.

  • Giving feedback that is heard and acted upon
  • Developing employees’ skills
  • Creating a culture of positive engagement in your organisation

Course dates
21st April, 1:45pm – 5:30pm
22nd April, 2pm – 5:30pm
25th April, 2pm – 5:30pm
26th April, 2pm – 5:30pm
13th June, 9:30am – 4:30pm

Cost
To secure a place on the training programme we are asking all successful applicants to pay a commitment fee of £50.

We anticipate high demand for this training and ask that all successful applicants are able to commit to the five training sessions.

The NCJAA is offering one free place on the training programme. This offer will be reserved for individuals with lived experience of the criminal justice system and/or from racially minoritised communities. Please indicate on your application form if you are applying for the free place.

Please note: This course is aimed at practitioners who wish to further their professional development. As such, it is not suitable for students or volunteers.
