DESCRIPTION:Part of the “A matter of fact: what the evidence tells us” series\n\n\nThursday 20 April 2023\, 14:00 – 15:00 | Online | Free\nRegister now \n\n\nLouise Ridley\, senior lecturer in Criminology at Northumbria University\, will discuss the latest evidence around the key issues and challenges of our ageing prison population. \nThis is part of our “A matter of fact: what the evidence tells us” series\, to accompany Clinks’ Evidence Library\, giving you the chance to ask your own questions of leading academics talking about the latest research on an important criminal justice topic. \nLouise Ridley previously taught criminology at the University of Teesside for 15 years. Before this Louise worked in a variety of different organisations providing support to vulnerable groups of people.
